Wheatgrass is touted for its health benefits, but for us it represents transformation.  As women, we are so busy taking care of everyone else, that we forget to take care of ourselves.  Cary was not taking care of her health.  She was recently divorced, newly dating and completely overwhelmed.  After a bad breakup with her new boyfriend, her good friend Tracy scooped her up and took her to a bar to drink away her tears.  This time the bar was a juice bar and the drink was a shot of wheatgrass, thus beginning her transformation.
