Shipping and Delivery

How do I get my hands on samples of your products?

By placing an order of Rs. 2,999 or above--free samples from our wonderful brands will automatically be included with your shipment.

Is my order confirmed?

Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail and SMS confirming it. Please contact our support team at sales@beautysource.in if you have any questions.

When will you ship my order?

We strive to ship all orders within two business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Final delivery time will vary based on location.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery time is one week from the time of dispatch. Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location.

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping is free on all orders above Rs 1499. For orders below that, the delivery charges are as follows:

  • ₹99 for deliveries within Delhi
  • ₹150 for deliveries outside Delhi

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

The availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin-code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.

Can I open the product before accepting it?

Beauty Source uses third party courier services for the delivery of the products; therefore open delivery is not possible.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us on sales@beautysource.in for resolution within 15 days.

Returns

What can I return or exchange?

We only offer returns and exchanges on damaged or defective items. Any damage on arrival should be reported within 48 hours along with photographs to help us investigate the matter with our delivery partners.

Here are our terms for returns & exchanges:

  • Damaged items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • All items must be in their original condition and never used.
  • The original packaging of the product must be intact and no further damage may have been done to either the product or its packaging.

How do I return damaged or defective products?

  1. Contact our support team via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Provide us with your order ID and your request to replace/refund your order. Kindly share a clear image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  3. We will arrange pick-up for the products. However, you will be responsible for ensuring that the product is ready for pick-up when our logistics executive arrives. Kindly make sure the item is packed properly in its original packaging.
  4. Once we arrange a return pick-up of your order, it shall be executed within 72 hours.
  5. A replacement or refund will be initiated per your request once we receive the product in its original packaging with its seal and labels intact. We will check the product in our warehouse and then approve or reject your return.
  6. Once the return has been approved, the amount will be refunded within 3-5 working days or the replacement will be dispatched to you within 2 business days.

Guidelines to keep in mind

  • The contents of the package must be packed in their original condition in their original packaging. We cannot accept products with important elements missing for return or exchange.
  • The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit.
  • We will e-mail you an address label for the return of the item. This label must be affixed securely on the package.
  • Beauty Source will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging.
  • Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In case replacement is not possible, we will refund the full amount.

How can I cancel my order?

Before a product has been shipped, you may contact us at sales@beautysource.in to request cancellation. Once it has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
