How to Use:

1. Wash and dry your feet. Knead pouch to evenly distribute serum.
2. Separate the socks from center. Wear and tighten them with sticker link strap.
3. Wear for 20 to 30 minutes and let the serum absorb into your skin.
4. Remove & discard socks and massage remaining serum onto feet. Do not wash off feet after treatment, let it dry naturally.

Recommended use: twice a week for best results.
